We can provide a qualified and experienced engineer to work on site any where in the UK or internationally. The Engineer will speak English so any communication will have to be in English. Provided we have been able to access the problem before attending on site the engineer will either bring parts with him or they will be sent to arrive before he arrives on site the customer will be responsible to ensure the machine, power etc. are all available in time for the engineers arrival The engineer will, repair the machine, or if part is not on site, determine the fault and return when parts are available or will instruct local personel to instal the part once it arrives, what ever happens we guarantee to get you working If a flight is required we may have to work at weekends,this enables us to reduce the airfare to you. What does it cost?? UK charges are £500GBP per day plus VAT plus parts as required, we do not charge extra for travel provided not more than 12 hours from leaving BOURNEMOUTH to returning.Please note if more than 12 hours i.e. north of Nottingham then an extra charge may be made for an over night stop, or air fare if required. International charges are £500 per visit plus airfare, plus hotel (4 star western european standard) and reasonable out of pocket expenses for food, transport to and from airport etc. You can book the hotel if you wish and it will save you money similarly if you meet at the airport etc.Note: if we use the mini bar we pay that bill similarly with laundry etc. For example: On site visit to CLEVELAND,OH,USA cost £500 GBP plus £500 GBP airfare as the customer paid for hotel and accomodation and transport , they only paid £1000 GBP (US$1800) plus parts On site visit DUBAI cost £500 GBP plus £250 GBP airfare as the customer paid for hotel but not food or thansfers they were charged an extra £85 GBP total cost £835 GBP plus parts |
