You can call us anytime, but please remember we are based in the UK and are normally available from 0830 to 1730 Monday to Friday we can arrange for other times if required. We may not charge for a little advice, but we do charge 50 GBP per hour for our time if we are talking you through a disgnostic or adjustment proceedure. The minimum charge is 50 GBP and we do not do part of hours. The charge will be made to your credit card and may take some time to gain authorisation. You must call us we do not 'call you back', we can use Skype or another internet telephone service to save you money if you wish, please email with details if you want to use the internet. We will normally fax diagrams if required, there is no additional charge for faxed items |
