For this service you will need a video camera connected to your computer and it must be able to travel around, inside and under the machine which you are calling about, you will need MSNMessanger, other software packages are available. We will establish our link and you will be charged 50 GBP per hour for all up time, minimum charge one hour. The charge will be made to a credit card and it may take some time to gain authorisation. You will need tools that fit the machine,Allen keys (hex keys) Phillips and flat blade screwdriver and a range of metric size sockets 4 to 13 mm.It may also be useful to have a meter capable of reading DC volts (0-600v) Amps (0-20 A) and resistance (0-20MOhms). Most adjustments can be made this way, but please note we cannot talk you through a laser change and optics allignment, this still needs an engeineer on site. |
