Contracts are available for all our services, and are either labour only or parts and labour. This means that for a one off annual payment, or monthly payment, no further charges would be made. Example costs are : Full parts and labour on a Crosfield scanner for one year with a 6180 interface in the UK 5400 GBP per year or 450 GBP paid monthly. Telephone support for a Centurfax input interface on a Screen 777 in EU 1200 GBP per year 100 GBP per month .Labour only. Internetvideo support on a Crosfield Scanner with a Highwater plotter interface in USA 1200 GBP per year or 100 GBP paid monthly. Contracts are only available on working machines, and faults reported within one month of commencement of contact may not be covered at our discretion. You cannot get support for your broken down machine by taking out a contract, you will be charged the ad hoc pricing shown on the other pages, the contract price would only be available once the machine is working. Discounts are available for more than one machine at one site, increased responce times etc., e.g. next day, within 72 hours .... Full parts and labour contracts include 2 preventative maintenance visits per year |
