DELIVERY

1. Our logistics company deliver to all parts of the UK, most are next working day except for certain areas which are long distances from London (e.g. Scottish Highlands), if it is not next day then it will be the working day after, please contact us if you have any questions.
2. A signature will be required for all deliveries, items will not be left, although they will deliver a parcel 'next door' provided they are asked, and a signature can be obtained.
3. Orders placed by 1400 each day Monday to Friday will be shipped that day for next working day delivery, orders placed after 1400 cannot be guaranteed to be delivered by next working day, but may be if time permits.
4. All deliveries should be checked at time of delivery; any shortages or damage should be noted and notified to us as soon as possible by email (do not include back orders, we will have notified you of any back orders). Please quote your Name, and Delivery address as given when ordering, also the order number shown on the delivery note.
