FAQs (frequently asked questions)
Q. Why do you only
sell Epson Products?
A. Experience shows that Genuine Epson products are the
best for consistency and quality when using Epson printers.
Q. I have made a mistake in my order, can I change it?
A. Our system is fully automated
and the picking, packing and dispatch of our shipments is carried out by our
logistics company, and they may already have completed your order before you
realise your mistake, even if it is only minutes since you completed your order.
Contact us immediately by email we will do our best to change your order if it
is at all possible, but it may not be, so please order carefully.
Q. Can you deliver on a Saturday?
A. Sorry but we are only able to
deliver Monday to Friday inclusive, this is because we have arranged a very
good deal with the courier and this is passed on to you in full, but they do
not deliver on Saturdays for the shipping charge made.
Q. What if an item I order is out of stock?
A. This does not happen very
often, in the unlikely event of it happening your missing item will be put on
back order and shipped as soon as we have stock. You will be notified by email
of this and when you can expect delivery, should you not wish to wait we will
refund the amount paid for that item. There will be no additional charge for
delivering the back order when it is available.
Q. Is it possible to open a credit account?
A. Sorry, one of the ways we
reduce costs is by removing the administrative costs of running credit
accounts.
Q. I need my order NOW can I collect it from you?
A. Sorry, all our stock is in a
big warehouse owned and operated by the logistics company they do not operate a
personal collection service.
Q. I need an invoice showing the VAT?
A. A VAT invoice will be sent in
the post to you, you should receive it about 2 days after the goods, which come
with a delivery note from the logistics company.
Q. What are your delivery terms?
A. Please take a look at our
delivery terms.
Q Why do I have to order items individually into the cart?
A. We tried other ways of
entering quantities, but found this the easiest and most foolproof way of
avoiding incorrect orders.
